Inquiries regarding returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us via the CONTACT form within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the following information.

1. Your order number, name, phone number and email address used when placing your order
2. Choice of return or exchange and reason for request
3. Product name, price and quantity
4. Your desired bank transfer details (only for those paying by bank transfer)
Financial institution name, branch name, deposit type, account number, name (katakana)

Return deadline

We accept returns within 7 days of product arrival.

Notes

Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

・If 7 days have passed since the product arrived
- Misunderstandings based on the customer's one-sided image, texture, etc.
- Products that have been cut, soiled, or damaged by the customer after delivery
・We cannot accept exchanges for products with different part numbers.

About refunds

▶︎Credit card
Refunds will be made via the credit card company you used.
The number of days it takes for the change to be reflected will vary depending on your credit card billing date.
Please contact your card company directly regarding the status of your refund.

▶︎Bank transfer
The money will be refunded to your bank account.
We will refund you after confirming the account information to which you wish to receive the refund.
Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

▶︎Smartphone payment
A refund will be processed for the smartphone payment used for payment.
Please note that the timing of refund completion may vary depending on the smartphone payment service you use.
